Demoday is a Claude Code skill. You install it once, ask your coding agent to
run it, and it reads your repo, picks three flows from your landing page, and
writes a single static HTML file at `public/demos/demoday.html`. The landing
page embeds that file as a `<iframe>` — no runtime, no CDN, no tracking.
